About Paul
A practice built on attention.
I am Paul Marshall, a Bodywork Therapist and Biofield Therapist based in Sitges. My work brings together somatic bodywork and biofield therapy. I read tension, posture and breath, and I work with what I find rather than a fixed routine.
I have welcomed thousands of clients to the studio. They come to me for deep release, for recovery and for rest. Some arrive with a specific problem. Others arrive because they need an hour where nothing is asked of them. Both are welcome.
I am also the author of Harmonic Being: An Introspective Journey, a book about the body, energy and the self.

Sessions
Three ways to work together.
Every session begins with a short conversation about how you feel and what you want from the time. Sessions run for 60 or 90 minutes. Get in touch on WhatsApp for current rates.
Biofield Therapy
Energy based work with the field around and within the body. Clients use it to settle the nervous system, restore balance and come back to themselves.
In the studio or worldwide on ZoomLearn to Massage
A practical course for individuals and couples in small groups. Learn technique, touch and confidence you can take home and use with the people you care about.
